Dr. Needle received her M.S. and Psy.D. in clinical psychology from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She received her B.A. in psychology from Barnard College, Columbia University. Dr. Needle completed an internship in clinical psychology at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Robert Wood Medical School in Piscataway, New Jersey.

RICHARD M. SIEGEL, Ph.D., LMHC, CST, is the Director of Modern Sex Therapy Institutes, a postgraduate continuing education institute training sex therapists and sexual medicine specialists at multiple sites throughout the country. Dr. Siegel is a Florida-licensed mental health counselor and Board-certified sex therapist, and is certified by the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) as a sex therapist and supervisor.
Associate Director, Modern Sex Therapy Institutes
Dr. Holly Richmond is a Somatic Psychotherapist, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Certified Sex Therapist (CST) and Associate Director of Modern Sex Therapy Institutes. This unique combination of credentials enables her to focus on clients’ cognitive processes as well as mind-body health.
Dr. Wadley helps students conceptualize, prepare, and launch their Doctoral projects. Dr. James Wadley is Associate Professor and Director of the Master of Human Services Program at The Lincoln University. As a scholar-practitioner, he is a licensed professional counselor and maintains a private practice in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is the founding editor of the scholarly, interdisciplinary journal, the Journal of Black Sexuality and Relationships (University of Nebraska Press). He is also the founder and Principal of the Association of Black Sexologists and Clinicians and his professional background in human sexuality education and educational leadership has enabled him to galvanize scholars and practitioners in the field of sexology across the world.
Dr. Wadley received his Doctorate of Philosophy in Education from the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Educational Leadership and Human Sexuality Education. He earned a Master of Science in Education in School Psychology from the University of Kentucky after completing his BA in Psychology from Hampton University. Finally, he holds a clinical postgraduate certificate from Thomas Jefferson University/Council for Relationships in Philadelphia and several other state certifications that enable him to be one of the nation’s best marriage, family, and sexuality clinicians.
Dr. Finger is a licensed clinical psychologist and AASECT Diplomate in Sex Therapy. He has over 30 years of clinical, academic, and research experience in the field of sexual health. He is a Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Quillen College of Medicine at East Tennessee State University (ETSU) and in the Department of Medical Education, where he is the director of the sexuality component of the medical curriculum. He has authored multiple book chapters on sexual health topics and has over 50 peer-reviewed publications and presentations. He has served on and chaired numerous AASECT committees, co-chaired AASECT annual conferences, and has served on the AASECT board in multiple capacities, including president.
